OutlierDeck is intended to support responsible intelligence and decision-making.
Users must not use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful purposes.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use OutlierDeck to:
- unlawfully monitor or profile individuals;
- infer sensitive characteristics for targeting;
- discriminate;
- harass or intimidate;
- expose private information;
- suppress voting;
- manipulate or deceive voters;
- impersonate candidates or public officials;
- create fake grassroots activity;
- facilitate fraud;
- facilitate identity theft;
- re-identify anonymized individuals;
- circumvent platform or security controls;
- violate privacy or data-protection requirements;
- violate third-party data-source terms.
Political and Public-Affairs Use
Political and public-affairs users may use OutlierDeck for lawful narrative monitoring, communications research and aggregate intelligence.
The platform must not be used for voter suppression, unlawful individual targeting, deceptive political impersonation or exploitation of sensitive personal information.
OutlierDeck may suspend accounts where it reasonably believes this policy has been violated.
